How much boost? That thing is crying out for a 102mm throttle body! Definitely good power, but I agree, it sounds like you're combo should have cracked 700 pretty easily. We have another group member, Rob, who made 770whp on pump 93 with a similar ZL1 build.

Is it an auto car, or M6? I'm surprised it has enough fuel with just the stock ZL1 pump and 850 injections - the meth must be making up some of the fueling.

It’s a auto car. As for fuel i have a jms bap also. I didn’t get my snout ported for a 102. But i still have to port my 90mm.

Auto explains it pretty well (my brain always defaults to manual whp expectations), along with 14.5#s. I would be happy with those numbers. It would LOVE a ported snout and 102, pretty decent bang for the buck!

I have a ported snout and supercharger, just didn't have weapon-x port the snout out to 102. its ported to just about the gasket on the snout. but I think your right about the 102. can't justify spending $800 or so just for a throttle body. maybe ill send mine out to Mr. Bo White for a port.

What up guys it’s been awhile, but if anyone has 2016 - 2019 Camaro SS or ZL1 I have a nice gift for you.

I only used these when I first bought the car. After all my mods the car was just to loud for me. So for last 2.5 years these have sat in my garage and acquired some sets dents and scratches. If annoying wants them come to take a drive out here and pick them up.

Hit me up ASAP or tossing them out.

From what I've seen, there is a boosted version for a reason. On the ZL1 car I recently have been helping out with, it would actually start to pull the regular NW102 closed on a nice cool night when the air is thick and plentiful. You end up with a flutter in the throttle blade, which saps power. Moreover, once the PCM sees the actual throttle blade start to deviate from it's commanded position more than a few percent it will go into limp mode, throw a code, and basically be undriveable till you restart the engine. I could actually see the boost fall off (fluttering blade) right before it would trip the code.

Owner switched to a NW102Boost and so far so good. So, from what I have gathered, if you're gonna spend the money, spend it once and spend it right. Just something to think about.

Hi Ron! Good to hear from you! Hope all is well with you and the family! I just did headers and had to put the stock NPP back on because the Solo axleback would have been too loud. Are these louder than the NPP or about the same? My NPP makes a racket at WOT now!

Hey Mike, hope all is well brother. Yeah these are a lot louder than the factory NPP. They are a lot deeper sound also. I think the NPP feature on these magnaflow sucked, but I have seen videos where the valves would get stuck open, and how to fix it. I just removed and never bothered.

These NPP controls get messed up pretty easy. I have had to replace a set already...maybe I’m working them to hard lol.

Hopefully I catch up with everyone this year. Cars back on the dyno soon after this round of mods. Added a 2650 and a alky control dual nozzle set up.
