Mt Hamilton Cruise June 14th 2015 - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

2014 was a great turnout and we had a great time, so mark your calendars for the Mt Hamilton Cruise on June 14th. We'll have 2 starting points again, same one in Livermore and Patterson.
We'll start at the same time as last year, leave our starting points at 1030. Even though the cruise itself will be less than 100 miles, it will take a minimum of 2 hours. Since there are no gas stations, filling up before we leave is best. Showing up around 10am is best, gives time for snacks, bathroom stops and/or gas.
And here are the route's we'll be taking
Patterson Group will meet behind the Denny's off I-5 and head out Del Puerto Canyon Rd to the Junction

The Livermore Group will start at the Chevron parking lot off 580 on North Livermore Avenue and head to Mines Rd and then to the Junction to meet the Patterson group.

There we'll stop and have an early lunch and then head to Lick Observatory. We'll stop for pictures and some stretching our legs for 30-45 minutes, then head down the hill towards San Jose, but we'll stay on the east side heading towards Calaveras Rd and up to Sunol to finish the cruise.

What happened? Everyone else I talked to had a great time. I bent a wheel and still had a great time!

Yeah thats me. My car likes to be on top. Top of a flatbed... I upgraded to AAA premier and got my wife her own so I have enough tows for the year. I hope to have a truck and a vette friendly trailer by june.
