Tom Henry Racing Supercharged SS...dyno video

I got word that Tom is now offering superchargers, install, and warranty on his new 2010 THR SS's. They got this one pushing 580hp and with a CAI, should be able to put it over that 600hp mark.

Competition, look out! I hear this one is going to give the others a run for their money!

Installed at dealer level, custom set up put together by Tom and the customer, checking on term of warranty, but...it's not something put together by your local tuner. I don't know of any other dealers out there putting anything together like this. Sure, Nickey, Hennessey, Lingenfelter, etc are putting these together.....but a dealer?

OK, they're a "dealer". Would they be a Chevrolet dealer? Not trying to be a smartass, just wondering what's up that makes this unique. Description of the supercharger system would be a plus too.

Rick Hendrick offers one and he has multiple dealerships, albeit for a bunch of money and a limited few.

no prob. Tom, for starters, owns Tom Henry Chevrolet (founded by his father) and Tom Henry Racing (which Tom started), and is the Fbodfathers cousin. He begab building special edition 4th gens and dropped a couple 427's in some. Great cars. He wanted to build custom 5th gens at the dealer level and is an excellent person to work with. Take a peek at my journal and you will see why...I own THR SS #2...and there are a few others here that own THR SS's as well. Great dealer to work with.

Ahhh that is correct. Two dealers I can think of now.

on this one, I believe he is using a magnussen SC. Price for the package is $49,565 and comes with the SC and tune, catback exhaust, custom paint, and a 3 year/36k mile warranty.

Add parts and all together for a setup like this and compared to all the "other special editions" out there, this one comes in under any other SC car I've seen. Tom is plannind on adding custom painted Boze wheels and some suspension work which will bring it to about $53K.

I would have gone the SC route from Tom had I had the money when we got mine. Then again, nothing was available for mine when I picked it up...paint and full exhaust only. Well, CAI comes next week and wheels hopefully for Christmas.

The car sounds great! I stopped by Tom's the other day to do some "window shopping" since he's about 15 minutes from my house...he has a nice selection of Camaros on the lot. I didn't see this white beauty, though...

Berger has a SC Camaro as well but I don’t know what type and/or if it has a warranty.

Great job Tom…
