I have 1.3 spring's in the rear now, you don't think I will be able to go lower with coilovers? My goal is to eliminate the gap. Top of the tire flush with the bottom of the fender...

Why not be different and jack um up? Makes more sense then dragging the bottom of the car all over the roads. 1st thing I'm doing to mine is put air shocks on the back then jack it up till it hits toll booths.

is there a specific reason you went with an 18" wheel instead of a 19" wheel? I have a 5th gen zl1 I do a lot of road coursing with and I'm trying to find the best setup for max grip.

There are a few classes/competitions that put limits on tire treadwear, but not size, and in the 200TW "street tires" the widest 19 you can get is a 305, but you can get 315s and 335s in an 18.
