Holley Fuel Rail Question

Has anybody installed the holley fuel rails using stock injectors? I'm having a time getting the orings to fit and seal properly. I FINALLY found the correct oring for the bottom. (Bosch 3-100). I installed the rails and primed the motor, now the top is leaking. I'm still using the stock orings on the top side and just ordered (Bosch 3-108) hoping they will work. Does anybody have a solution?

Sorry I do not have a solution, but I just put the fuel rails on my intake with stock injectors. I did not have to change a thing. The only thing that leaked was the tee fitting I used to hook the rails together. And that was because I didn't tighten it enough. I used stock orings and all, haven't had a problem. Maybe the rails were a bad batch?

Long shot... what manifold are you running? I assume it didn't require fuel rail spacers for running stock injectors. If you have fuel rail spacers, maybe they are too big preventing the injectors from seating all the way.

Low profile Holley sniper. I don't think I need spacers. It fits nice and snug. And only 3 of the 8 injectors were wet with fuel

I used my stock injectors in those rails with no leaks in a stock manifold. I want to say the orings were blue,.

The factory manifold Holley rails are different than the rails that come with the Sniper manifold.

I installed the Holley fuel rails and used the stock injectors and stock o-rings and never changed them. I've never had any leaking issues or any issues period with them.

Went to O Rielly's yesterday and picked up a set of injector orings in the performance section, now we are leak free! I just needed something a little thicker!
