Oracle halos?

I was wondering (for anyone who has upgraded their halos) what is the way to go? I've seen a lot on Oracle lights, but I'm not sure exactly what they are. For instance, if I got orange lights, are the lights orange when not on high beam? Or, is a their a switch to toggle them on and off when parked? Guess I'm just confused about how they work. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

These are my blue interior lights and footwells. Then my blue halos. The interior lights are wired into the dome light. Then the halos are on a switch.Name: photo 2.jpg

No. Just the halos. My high (and low actually as well) are the HIDs. So they are a nice bright white.

Halos are a ring of light surrounding your headlights. They do not affect your headlights at all. You can get single or dual or even multi- colored halos in ccfl or led style. That being said you can upgrade to hid headlights and fogs and choose a high Kelvin temp and have a slight or deep blue to your lights The halos can be switch controlled or wired to say the parking lights etc up to you. Hope that helps.

The halos on GRN ENV are controlled by remote.

Very great information. I think I'm going to get Oracles for headlights, and I guess it would only make sense to get them for the fogs too! While we are semi-on the topic, have any of your heard of mail slot lights? Or seen them?

I have the mail slot light, and its awesome. Love it. I use it as my emergency light for the fore department.

Quick question though, my car is IOM, do they only make these in blue? I couldn't find any other colors. I would love orange to match my future orange halos!

Yes they make them in other colors. Blue, white, yellow, green, amber, red, and purple (done with UV light)

Okay, so let's say I have orange oracle headlamps/foglights. Would the amber mailbox led look good with that?

Yea that'd look pretty awesome. I usually keep mine on blue so it matches the halos.
