Paying plumbers to check out my Camaro-LOL - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I have two plumbers doing some sprinkler work in the front yard and I made the mistake of opening the garage. Plumbing work ground to a halt as they checked out the car. I started it for them, kind of gave them a tour, did everything but give them a ride around the block. The good news is it's a fixed price job so I shouldn't get billed for the gawking time.

Same thing happened to me when I got my cable installed. Had to run all new lines through the basement/garage. Thank you free installation!

Same thing with my cable guys! Til I got the bill and they charged per 15 minutes of installing my cable modem lines. I called and told them if I knew I was going to have to pay for them to bullsh!t about my car I would have made them wash it in the process. They took the charges off

Same thing with me but with the UPS delivery guy....He stayed at least half an hour looking at the car and asking questions.
