The 2.8 duramax with the most conservative emissions intact tune is making 220/440

I know u can’t compare stock vs tuned but you might be right

That hp would be excellent and with 6 cyl might be possible!

You think it will be over a hundred hp over what the 3.0 diesels in the Ram & F150 will have? Or was that a typo, where you actually meant 260+ hp? Because that feels much more reasonable

Yeah...I'm going out on a limb with 360 hp but I think this will be a big performer in the trucks and suv's going forward.

You think the 3.0L is going to be within 85 HP of the what the 6.6L makes? that would be impressive but I don't see it happening

Probably? I know that stuff is usually pretty late in the reveal cycle but it still tends to come in before vehicles hit the lots.

I honestly doubt it will be too far off of 250 hp/450 ft-lbs. Could it be more? Sure. But its still going to be a diesel tuned for truck use. I don't see GM boosting it to the moon or do anything crazy that would have a big impact on durability.
