I finally saw the yellow camaro in S.A.!!!
Finally, I saw before my very eyes the car I've been waiting for.........forever......I looked in my rear view a mile from home and saw it. My heart started beating fast and I was in disbelief. The thing is freaking awesome. We came to a stop light at Stone Oak and Sonterra and I jumped out of my car to take a look. The guy was cool and rolled down the window. I told him how I have one on order and it was my first time seeing it in person. Two days ago I had a talk with my wife about prolly waiting another year before the purchase (Bimmer resale and economy being horrible) but now I’m having serious second thoughts. Help!

Congrats on seeing the car!!
Same one I saw at Biffs I'm sure...I had the same feeling as I was walking across the parking lot and spotted it for the first time...hard to explain really! I just want my dang VIN now!!! 3400 for 12 days and counting! |

Well after another talk this evening, I'm going to try and make it work. I love the Camaro too much to give up on her. Heeh it sounds like a serious relationship huh.........

Oh one thing I wasn’t to impressed with was the exhaust. Cool guy gunned it for me while passing but it just wasn’t loud enough. Maybe I'm comparing it too much to my 67, but it sounded like it needs a deeper growl. Flowmasters would prolly cure that. Anyone know if that car is standard (LS3) or auto?

No pics - I took one from behind but my cell phone was full - actually my wife took one a couple weeks ago when she saw it. The guy must live close to me, I was so jealous. I'll see if she still has it, but man pics really do no justice.
