To my understanding The flex fuel kit is necessary even if you are running 100% e85? Is this to sense the ethanol blend when you fill up each time?

Unless you purchase your E-85 in a drum from the same company all the time you need a flex fuel sensor.

E-85 at the pump can vary from E-60-E-85

Im going o be testing out the Vaporworx controller with a Fore twin pump after doing some research. Seems like it will support 800-1000hp on e85 just fine.

Where can you buy the fore system non return style? And because it's non return does This mean it drops right into the tank or does it need adapters/special pieces or wire splicing?

You buy the standard Fore dual or triple pump and plug the return port. You can buy all the fitting you need from Fore. It drops into the tank but will require some wiring and Vaporworx controller

How much money do you have in your setup?

It seems like it would be more expensive than a standard fore/squash/agp setup.

I've installed 3 of the agp dual pump systems with flex fuel sensors on friends cars its easily the best bang for the buck with tried and true walbro e85 pumps and a simple return style setup
