What is a fair price for a 2010 ss rebuilt title?

I have been looking at a few 2010's as a 2nd vehicle(toy) and have only found a few (2) in the <$20k range (like to stay in this range as this is 2nd car and I am a cash buyer). This one has a rebuilt title that and was wondering if this price ($19,999) is right for a clean 7k mile car with a rebuilt title? I am in no rush and am not fearful of this car going fast as it will take a buyer most-likely with cash to pick it up.
Here is a link to the car.

Y'alls thoughts are appreciated, Thanks in advance.

Ok... Looked at the ad. The guy is full of shit on kbb at $35,000. That car is about 28-30k so I'd say 20 is pretty fair. It's buyer beware on salvage tho

Pretty much the kiss of death for any car. Call it rebuilt salvaged all the same in most peoples eyes. A rebuilt car is one that has had a salvage title at some point in its life. You will buy it cheap however two things to remember if it has not been recertified by the state it was repaired in with full docs your dead. I would also call your INS co to see if they would be willing to cover first! Come resale time is when you will get wacked.

Well... Rebuilt/salvage isn't always a kiss of death but the problem is, if you didn't fix it, you have no idea how bad it really was. All you know is the repair was significant enough for the insurance company to scrap the car instead of fix it. Minor quarter panel damage? I think not. I'm sure it was crushed in the back. Still totally fixable but not really worth it. If you're considering it, make sure you see LOTS of pics of the damage and through out the repairs if he has them.

I bought my SS brand new for $33k , the seller is asking way too much. I would investigate a bit more, especially if the guy claimed "diminished value" due to the collision. Personally i would offer $18.5 k for the car. For what you are wanting to do, I would buy a car like this instead,http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=308259

I want to see the other side. That's nothing but the way the bumper is, it looks as if there is damage on the driver side.

There are things with most salvage cars that are never quite "right"

It doesn't bother some people but most it does.

IMO the car should be severely discounted.

Personally, I would not want a salvage camaro.

Based on the pictures posted I am surprised this car was totaled. Was there more damage than what is shown?
