ZL1 onwers certificate

Hey there....I am a new ZL1 owner and I read about these owners certificates on FB that I can get. I searched this forum and nothing showed up for info regarding how to get the certificate in Canada. If anyone knows how to accomplish this, please enlighten me.

You are only eligible if you are the original owner and live in the US. That said, here's the link to the procedure.

Well I was not the original owner and The Owners Certificate arrived in the mail without me even asking. Maybe 2 months after ownership. Not knowing exactly what it was I almost threw it away....

I was denied a certificate when I bought my 2013 ZL1 new. William with Chevy Customer Service said even though I was eligible, that they were no longer handing them out for 13's. Guess I "missed the cut". Strangely, Chevy had no issue taking my money for the car.

Yes, I'm a little bitter about it. Lol...

Perhaps they relaxed the requirements. I always believed Canadians should be eligible to get them anyway. The cars were built there after all. Glad you both got them. It's a nice keepsake.

I believe Scott has retired.....hence getting one may now be an issue.

I bought a 2015 in October '15; got mine in the mail 30 days later with a personal, hand-written note!

I emailed yesterday as described in the thread, and even though I am not the first owner I received an email today saying they are going to send it to me.
