2psd Pwr Glide vs 350Turbo

Have a 68 Camaro - was straight 6 - dropped 454 in her. 2 speed powerglide is shot - only runs in low. Should i rebuild it or get 350TH turbo?

I'd only use the PG if it is a track car.

None of the above. Big boy engine calls out for big boy transmission. Go with a built TH400 with approx 3500 RPM stall and prevent future anguish. Throw in a 3.73 Moser 12-bolt or 9in rear to reduce the chance of a rearview mirror full of parts. Caution: this combination may lead to a reduction in rear tire longevity.

I would also run a Turbo 400 with a minimum 3;73 gears .With a 8.5 10 bolt.12 bolt and or Ford 9' inch as selections
