OK so on Street Outlaws New Orleans who's side do you take?

Did Kye jump?

If the situation was reversed would Kye have expected to be paid?

Or is it just drama to get people to watch next season?

Kye should man up and pay.

I don't think this is drama that Kye would had agreed to in advance, though I know the show is built on racing with a side of drama!

to the question of whether he jumped, it's clear he jumped, hit pause when he launches, the light is not on.

It gets convoluted now that everybody has a camera, multiple angles, etc. If you want to get an actual measurement on if somebody jumped, then go to the track. In this case, you can clearly see the tire wrinkle before the light comes on. Did the car start to move forward before the light came on - without a beam you'll never be able to say. Didn't much look like it from the side view camera.

But, the rule on the street typically is that if you "crack the tire" (meaning that tire starts to show movement) before the lights on, it's a jump. He should have paid up. Shame too, because he had John Doe more than covered.

I think Kye is so determined to beet John Doe he is pushing the light.

So far he has missed every time!
