DGthe3, I told my wife it was for the European market and then showed her the pics. She said it looked like ugly sunglasses and stupid in general. Sorry guys but being a fan of GM does not mean I'm a fan of all their designs. Shocking I know but that's me.

Nope...not liking it at all.
They need to flush the turn signals in the mirrors and get rid of the finger coming up from the bottom between the tail lights. Not sure if that would even save the tail lights.

i hope it's not for the european market, no one deserves to suffer like this!!! the mirrors just make it look soooo slow!! and the tail lights make me feeel like im in the 80's!
great way to ruin a piece of art!!

Just to let everyone know, these wing mirrors are for the export market. Here are the ones from japan.
In japan, its is law that you must have folding mirrors to sell it there. This just could be the same.

I don't care what country or market these are for - please GM do not put these on any North American Camaro. Please don't even consider it!

My exact thought when I first looked at it (tail light look like Elton John glasses). Not really liking either mirrors or tail lights.

 Oh hell no! I hope not! I'm not getting my 5th gen till the Z28 comes out so I hope those aren't going to be the new tail lights. Please GM don't do it for the domestic version.

uumm.... I think if I was a head GM design engineer/project manager or VP, I'd come to this site and find out what Camaro owners think ahead of mass producing what's in the pics at the beginning of this thread.
hehe.. then GM would have time to make changes before factory tool up. <we drive 'em, reveal more and we'll tell ya!>   Mirror blinkers! Tail Lights :( Enjoy your night!
