Talking Ordering 2019 ZL1

Hey Guys,

I am ordering a new 2019 ZL-1 (my dream car). The dealer just sent me the build sheet to look over before they place the order tomorrow. I only want 3 options:
Orange Crush paint
Black metallic roof Stripe
PDR

Im looking at all of the codes trying to make sure the build is correct. Can you help me out and let me know if everything seems to be there?

DDV- decal package- black (is this the code for roof stripe)?

FE4- suspension (is this mag ride? other line says mag ride is F55)

UQT- PDR

UVB- Rear vision, mono, HD digital (is this rear camera mirror?)

Color- G16- Orange Crush

Trim- H0w- Sueded Microfiber jet black, interior trim (does this still have the red stitching in the seats? (even with the orange exterior paint?)

1SE- ZL1

Thanks for the help

Sometimes they list options that are standard on the car like the FE4. I think you’re good to go if you can handle the wait

I went to Chevrolet.com and configured it through the Build and Price tool. At the end there was option to print and it had all the option codes (not many to choose on a ZL1).

The order sheet from the dealer has a bunch of codes, even the ones that are standard. Even the Gas Guzzler tax shows up as an "option", good luck trying to remove it.

Rear view camera mirror and mag ride are standard.

You should consider the carbon fiber hood insert, I get a lot of comments on mine. For $600, well worth it IMHO.

Can you get the carbon fiber hood insert along with the stripes? For some reason, I thought they they’re mutually exclusive.

I looks like they might be... I just tried to build with the stripes and hood insert and it wouldn't let me do both. Good catch.

Car is going to look great with either!

You're all set as far as I can tell, apart from the carbon fiber hood insert that others already pointed out.

Only thing you need is a little exercise in patience, look at the timeline in my sig below, at 7 weeks it was on the relatively quick side as Camaro order fulfillments go.

I am planning on picking up the car in late May or June...I have lots of time to wait because I am timing it (after a move to Ohio plus Job) and a planned road trip. Really looking forward to this experience as this is my first "ordered" new car.
I am picking the car up in Florida then driving it back to Ohio in 2-4 hour days (week trip). I have read all of the break in period threads and I am planning on mixing highway and back roads for at least the first 500 miles. Then stopping off halfway into the trip and changing the oil at 500 miles. This car is going to be with me for a long time and I want to make sure that I am doing things correctly. IMHO this may be one of the last manual V8s ever...If there are any suggestions... Please feel free to educate me.

Other than orange or shocker yellow... Is there a reason you would for go 13k off a 2018?
