It's still a no go and I've tried asking for James several times even left messages and no luck. I'm really frustrated with this now. :(

what phones are you guys using, that are having problems. i want to use my iphone5, but Ted said "The Apple IOS6 updated has compounded the problem." dose this mean that the iphone5 will not work? Sorry for the questions, i just got home from work, and found it on my bed, to tired to try it now, but will be up early trying this thing out. wish me luck. will let you guys know how it works out.

I have tried my iPhone 4, iPhone 4S and my iPad 2 all with the same results. The iTSX just won't communicate with any of them. :(

Same here, I have an iPhone 4 but they all are updated with the iOS 6 system. It cannot read ecu id, tried resetting several times, tried everything sct has told me to try and nothing. I may exchange this for the sct x3.

I have tried an iPhone and iPad with iOS5 and an iPhone with ios 6. I can communicate with the itsx and even data log with it just can't load a tune onto the car. Getting the "failed to select custom tune (0xFF)" error. SCT says its a known issue and engineering is working on it but don't know when there will be a fix.

The data logging works great and is so much easier than bringing a laptop. Hopefully the issues can be worked out soon because I really want this to work.

Mine throws that error code out there first and then when I try upload stock it gives me the failed to read ecu id.

So has anyone got this to work at all? If so what devise did you use. It almost looks like nobody can get it to work on either droid or apple OS

When I upload stock it goes through the process, unlocks the ecu, acts like its uploading then when the red bar gets full it gives an error message.

I just got mine to work. At first I was getting all the error codes, I then disconneted the negative on the battary terminal. and unpaired the device from my iphone5, and left it for about two hours then connected the battry, and paired the itsx to my iphone5, and TADAH! Ted I emailed you my stock tune with all info, but I forgot my email address, will pm you with that info. Thanks, Jon.

Nice! First step down. I think the next problem most of us are having is we can't get the custom tune to load. Hold yours fairs better. Just tried to reset the battery and it didn't work. No update available yet either...

sigh Guess we just gotta keep waiting.
