Factory CAI performance numbers
Has anyone figured out what the HP is when you get the factory CAI ? Aftermarket vendors claim up to 15 HP gains and it sure appears the GM version is pretty much the same.

Little to none. It's more of a sound mod on a stock car. I did it on my 6.2 F250 super duty just for the sound, and it sounded great. Not $400 great, but good.

Factory CAI performance numbers
I agree with Ryan , don’t expect much. On my 2014 I got throttle body, CAI and a tune, just barely saw a difference.

No gain, sorry with the CAI intake from GM. More noise and very cool looking, yes. So I think it is a great mod with no lost sleep over warranty issues. And the tune, while no gain there either smooths out the airflow and avoids erroneous throttle closures that happen with some CAIs on a stock tune. (as has been explained to me.)
The stock LT1-DI intake flows pretty well apparently. Even the best aftermarket tuneless CA6 LT1 CAI only gives +3-5 RWHP as proven on my 2016 M6 SS.

Most intake systems incorporate silencers and/or significantly cut down on engine noise. Going to a short-ram on my WRX, which bypassed the stock silencer, I got the "pssshhht" turbo BOV noises all over. Lots of people thought you needed to "upgrade" the BOV to do this, but the only reason for that is to hold more pressure from a much larger turbo. The intake is what made the noise happen. On the NA engines, it's similar, you get more NA engine noise coming out the intake, just like how the stock sound-tube on the V8s pipes intake-engine noise into the cabin. Kind of lame, but at least it's not fake noise. Aftermarket intakes generally make more noise, so you think you are going faster/making more power.
As far as actual gains, in most cases they do not, in most of the remaining cases, they simply change the power/torque curves a bit, not changing the total, but giving a little here and taking away over there. The air going into the cylinders is dictated by the pressure and sensors and there's a fixed amount of air and fuel that can be crammed in there. If you want to cram in more than ambient pressure, you need forced induction.

It all depends on what you start with. on the CA6 SS you have a good intake and exhaust shorties. This is also why long tubes also don't do much by themselves even with a tune. But both are integral parts for a full bolton car.

Any opinions on the momentum GT? Seems to have a fairly significant increase in airflow. I'm planning on pairing that with American Thunder exhaust. I don't expect performance increase per say, but at least better sound.

Considering it's pretty much a rebadged CAI brand intake, you'll be losing power.

what is? And how is CAI brand bad? They are making a new intake for the V6 soon as was considering it. looking into AFE for the momentum GT and I don't expect to really gain anything other than sound, but I doubt id lose power. What do you suggest?
