Correct f/r splash guards for 2015 1LT RS?
I ordered Showstopper Accessories 2014+ Camaro "ZL1 Style" Rock Guards - Front & Rear Set Code: SHO703 from Apex a few weeks back. Here are some pics--I just opened the box. The rears don't seem to make sense. Anyone tried these before I remove the wheels and fender liner? No instructions and it should be simple, but no 2 screw holes appear to align.

Well, today I jacked up the car, removed the rear tire and fender liner, and confirmed that "Showstopper Accessories 2014+ Camaro "ZL1 Style" Rock Guards - Front & Rear Set" does NOT fit a 2015 1LT/RS V6. Bummer. I picked these up from Apex and sent them a note about a return. If I search on the part number, "SHO703", using Google other vendors list it up to 2013, so perhaps this part was mislabeled by Apex on the website. Not sure.
Anyone have luck with front/rear fitments on any rock guard product on this model? John |

The pieces that look factory are from a ZL1, and I believe when I added them to my 2012 SS, the holes didn't line up, and they aren't supposed to since the ZL1 has different stuff.
The piece of ABS that was cut with a waterjet is something that showstopper actually makes, and the holes on those DID line up, I have them on my car. I do have the rear ZL1 splash guards, since I have the rear ZL1 exhaust diffuser. I believe the guards mated to the ZL1 diffuser correctly, but possibly not my stock fender holes. Hard to remember

UPDATE: Peter from ShowStopper contacted me and mentioned that one of the holes on the rear guard needed to be trimmed up just a bit. Once I did that, everything lined up and I got them in. Fronts were very easy although the silver contrast of the two fender clips is odd against the black splash guard, so I'll either replace with black versions or paint them. Nice.

I prefer GM brand. No clips and texture is factory. These I bought are for 2014 and 2015 only.
