Payed cash for my 1st 2012 1SS vert. That was repurchased and the only thing I had to pay on the new one was my upgraded options and license fee which was $1640. Nice not having a payment right off the bat.

According to the dealership i owe more than it is worth , according to KBB i am even or have a couple grand coming , According to my need for more power i cant wait till i get it paid off , Then i can load myself up with even more debt. The American way!!!!

yep. not hard to get an 8-10% return on your money these days. loans for people with good credit are running .9% to 2.9%.

you pay cash when interest rates are high, finance when they're low.

When I went for my 2SS back in 2010, rates were higher (5.9%), and leasing was higher, so I paid cash for it at the time. This time though rates are only 1.9% so it makes more sense to keep the cash in the bank and enjoy the super low rate.
