Claustrophobic issues

I just went on 600 mile roundtrip and love my SS and the way it cruises down the highway.
However all the sudden I am feeling real claustrophobic and wish there was more headroom.
I have never had the issue before until this weekend.
Anybody else feeling that way?
I have owned serveral sports cars and this is a 1st for me.

Nope. I could see how one would though. It definitely got a boxed in style. To me its cozy, to others claustrophobic.

Nope, better trade it in for a convertible. Problem solved.

I've had that feeling in several cars since I'm 6'5", but really it's no worse than several other cars I've owned.

I'm 6' and I drive 800 miles one weekend per month. It doesn't bother me... but then again I'm used to driving alot more than others. But my hair does touch the ceiling sometimes... I don't see how you 6'3 and up guys do it?

I am between 6'2" and 6'4" depending on what 7-11 I am leaving.
I should test drive a convertible
Thanks

nice part about a sunroof is if you feel closed in open the sunshade or the top

There are a few companies out there that can add a Sunroof, My cousin got on for his silverado after he got it from the dealer.

I feel that way...but I think it's the high-door frames that cause it for me. Luckily I have the sunroof which helps. Without that, it would probably drive me crazy.

When I test drove Camaros every interior was black without a sunroof and I felt that way, but loved the car so much, I ordered one anyway. Figured I would learn to adjust.

I got the gray interior and a sunroof and I can't believe how much of a difference they made. My car is so light and bright inside even with the shade on the sunroof closed, I never feel that way and I've got over 10,000 miles on him in just shy of 6 months, so I've logged the road time to know.

Trade it in for a convertible or one with a lighter interior and sunroof and you'll never feel closed in.

Felt that way when I test drove one without a sunroof. I knew right then and there if I wanted this car, a sunroof was a necessity.
