Yeah I was cautiously optimistic. Thought it might be legit since I bought mine last year for 17.5k in the same market.

Probably. The price was on the low side but not too goo to be true. Also, I did not notice anything in the ad that would warrant a flag (other than maybe in the classification Type: Sedan).
