Question Orange Ford F-150 Debuts!

I have posted up some of the GM photos from the LA Autoshow but I didn't want to clutter those with these 4 photos. I took these at the Ford Display. I was shocked when I saw their newly unveiled orange F150. Did they have a designer who had Camaro IOM envy or what??? Holy Moley! This baby was sort of hidden in the dark so it was kind of hard to see it was orange until I lit it up with my flash!!! What do ya'll think? Too bad it didn't have CHEVY in the grill. I might just be tempted to buy it to drive in the bad weather so Orange Krate could sleep in the garage.

So..GM now has the rights to be only one who makes orange cars?

If thats "copied" IOM, then GM was cheap and "copied" Hemi Orange..

Bit of a reach there, OP

Come on guys... I am a bit smarter to think Ford doesnt have a right to use Orange etc. Maybe I dont get out much so I have NEVER seen a Ford truck painted with that flavor. So with the current Camaro craze it caught my eye. Certainly I have not seen a nicer orange car built accept maybe when The GTO Judge came out, and I was there for that craze too. BTW... I own a Ford Truck and I wouldn't trade it for any other.

PS - My comments on the OP were tongue and cheek! I put the thread topic up as a hook so you would look. I guess it worked.

I haven't seen any orange ford trucks rolling around here but I've seen an Avalanche that is as close as you can get to IOM.

We should be so lucky as to see that sort of orange show up on a Camaro! I'd be at the dealer with $ in hand. IOM never really did it for me--Hugger Orange would be GREAT!!!
