3 small razor cuts on front drivers seat

I took my car to work today and drove it with a co worker to lunch. As I got out of the car and looked down on the drivers seat where the sun was shining, I saw something on my seat on the left side. I tried to rub it off and found out it was three small razor cuts! I just called my dealer and left her a voice message. I just have the car 3 weeks and drove it 3 times. I am the only on to sit in the car and there is no way I would have anything in my pocket that woud make razor cuts. I guessing when the dealer was removing the plastic, they cut the seat.

that is the reason I told the dealer not to remove any plastic or anything else on my car, I did that myself so I could only blame myself if anything happened. I did not even let them wash it, just do their normal inspection to make sure things were right, then I took it from there.

I just talked to my sales women and she hooked me up with the service department. I am bringing my car in Monday for them to look at it. To be continued...

Wow if that was the case, that dealer is a moron. It's common senses.... Why not just rip the plastic off with your bare hands?

I agree, I don't know if the sales women did it or someone in the service department. If I had to do it over again I would have told them not to touch the car and I would pick it up as is.

I also picked mine up before make ready

I worked with dealers and the wash rack is no place for your new car do it yourself... I had to remove the carbon from the train ride ! And was happy to be the one doing it
