In all honesty, I think it would be easiest of we had all the cards (to be filled out by the member) and lanyards at the host hotel and track so they could be picked up and filled out then. It would be nice if it were double sided as the lanyards do swing around. But, if not, it shouldn't be a deal breaker. When you are talking about buying 500 name cards, the price begins to get up there.

I am looking into the cost of the cards. It was suggested that some vendor might want to sponsor or partially sponsor the cards if their logo appears on them. I approached my Mobil rep today. Any other suggestions on whom to approach?

I've been waiting on the reveal and came up with this.

It's 4"x6" and can be printed on 16pt with a high gloss UV coating

I'll email him in the morning. I've done business cards with them in the past and get broker pricing. How many do we need???? The site quotes a 1,000 for $135 and I normally pay half so I'll see tomorrow.
