Team USA wins Bobsled Gold with Nascar Technology!

Bo-Dyn Bobsled Inc, founded by Geoff Bodine, designed "Night Train" which Team USA captured Gold in!

"NASCAR veteran Geoff Bodine created the project in 1992 after he noticed USA Olympic Bobsled athletes competing with European made sleds. At that time the USA team had not won a medal since the 1956 Winter Games in Cortina.

Bodine set out on a quest – a “Made in America” sled project that would provide USA Bobsled athletes with sleds designed with NASCAR technology"

Thanks for sharing this...I know all about the Bodine bobsleds...I am a HUGE NASCAR fan, and know how great it was when Geoff Bodine took on the challenge to make a competitive sled for the American teams to compete in and win with in the Olympics...he used NASCAR technology to make 'state of the art' sleds and it paid off with a Gold Medal for the American team in bobsled competition for the first time in 62 years!!!...GO TEAM USA!!!...

Have you ever watched the 'Bodine Bobsled Challenge' on SPEED TV with NASCAR drivers and other race car drivers???....it's really cool...they have it every year at Lake Placid, NY during the NASCAR off-season...fun to watch the NASCAR drivers driving those bobsleds!!!...WooooHooooo!!!!...
