What's Up Everybody!? Just bought my first Camaro!
First Post here, and I'm not even sure if this is the 'welcome' spot on here, but I'm coming from 'smokinvette' website which is now a big advertising bust of a site.
I traded in a 2005 Z51 6speed, Victory Red with all kinds of mods. I started having some electrical issues and it was racking up the miles so I had to say goodbye to her. :( Luckily, I found another beauty. I will soon post some pics. Silver Ice Metallic, I believe is the factory name, and the exterior is stock thus far. The car has 3800 miles and the only thing done so far is someone cut off the stock mufflers and put on some other crap with no name. Probably going straight pipes, because I have like forty cats and a resonator under there and she can hardly breathe. I do have a CAI airbox shipped, and I'm about to do springs and sways, end links from pfadt and some kind of brace for the rear control arm mount. I like BMR's reinforcement plate the best of what I've seen so far. I'm planning on doing suspension mods first, then toy around with a few exterior touches to 'make her mine'. I don't like the big golden bowtie on the front/rear, and I really want halo fogs, but don't know where the best ones are. Any help on halo/led fogs? I've been lurking for about two weeks when I first bought her, and this place seems to be the best site for Gen5 Camaro peeps. JEP |

I've lived in Troy (college) and Bham (grad school), and now I'm back home working in Millbrook but reside up in Marbury, affectionately known as "Mayberry". There's not even ONE red light, but that's the way me and the wifey like it. Dr. Jkel, are you a real Dr. or do you just play one on TV? Just curious, I've seen your posts on here, and you seem like a pretty cool, nice dude. As for the rest of y'all, I'm not so sure! |

Too far for our club (Rocket City Camaro Club) but you can probably hook up with one closer to you. I would really encourage you to do so you will meet some good people who share a common interest.
