I understand there will be some failures, its a piece of machinery, it's inevitable, but to have 10% of transmissions have issues(2011 5.0 w/ MT82), or 15% of the engines not make advertised power(1999 Cobras) is beyond the acceptible failure rate. LS engines are pretty stout power plants, so its not very common to hear of too many LS powered vehicles having issues. Be glad Chevy is doing the right thing. You'll get your car. It will be amazing when you do.

I cant say i have a sense of entitlement, i fully understand they have some issues to iron out and i know they will ship a quality product. Im a Camaro fan 1st and im willing to stick it out for the 2012. Why wouldnt you consider a 2013, timing would be the same more money could be saved and who knows maybe more power, options and colors available. The only reason im remotely considering a Vette is ive previously owned one and own 1/2 of one currently.

my reason for starting the thread was not to debate loyalty or turn into a bitch session only to give info on something i stumbled across.
