Here is the video I made at the Tail of the Dragon on Saturday. My son is on the Bike in front of me. You can hear my new MRT V2 Exhaust. I used the paddle shifters and I was in second and third gear most of the time.
At 2:45 you should see to the left a Mazda RX7 that didn't make a curve.
318 curves in 11 miles.. its a long video. I hope you enjoy.

The Mazda is at the 2:45 mark. That looks like a lot of fun. I saw a guy on a bicycle early on in the video too. That takes a lot of guts to ride that on a pedal bike. I hope to drive that when I get my 1LE.

Yeah lots of crazy people driving and so many blind curves, I sure wouldn't ride a bicycle on there.
I knew it was 2:45, I must have fat fingered the 3. I corrected it now, thanks.
I went to Killboy.Com this morning, they had all the pictures up, I ordered a few of my son on his bike and of course me and Angrybird.
I need to check on the other photographers websites to see if their pictures are up yet, 129photos.com and 129slayer.com.

Cool thanks for sharing. I'm hoping to do that this summer with a friend or two after I get my 1LE.

Too bad for the folks in the RX7, I hope they are alright.

I am sure the guy driving was fine, nobody seemed to be rushing around at the scene and I found pictures of the car at Killboy.com coming down the mountain and the driver was the only one in the car. The top and windshield on the passengers side were smashed by the tree.

Thats awesome! For all of the time that I lived in GA, I never had a chance to get up there with my bike. Oh well... hope to make it to Pikes Peak this summer....

Looks like you were headed East in the first vid (I've got a 50/50 chance of being correct!) Sure looks ALOT different than when we ran it in August when all the foliage was still on the trees.

Did you drive Moonshiner highway too (think it's #28)? For anybody who makes it to the dragon, sure enjoyed it too.

I think US129 goes north and south, not east and west. I was going south in the first video towards NC from Tennessee and north in the second one.
I have driven highway 28 several years ago in my Saturn Sky, but not since I have had a Camaro.

TN to NC is what I meant - After driving all the way from TX, that seemed East to me

Besides, with all the curves, I didn't care which way I was heading since it was so much fun to drive the Dragon!
