?...properly prepped LS3 motor can spin to 8k...all day to 7250...issue has always been valve train...did you properly shim your spring to the correct installed height for the cam?

stock cam, stock bottom end, stock clutch, stock shifter...you get the idea....mods in sig...this is honestly basic stuff...not tryin to be a smart a$$ but TONS of threads on here and the web on this..

how do I know...enjoy and good luck OP!

5k launch...7k shift...I will get it to the 11's this season if the damn track would ever open!

BTW - if the vid is blank update ur browser or click on the link to view on youtube...l8tr

Awesome. I’m buying the hp tuning stuff so I can adjust myself. I hit the limiter in 4th about 11-1200’ so I don’t need a whole lot

just take your time and enjoy the learning experience like I did..and while tough they can be hurt if drivin improperly...and be careful when playin with the nanny features..I honestly leave mine on unless at the strip..dynoSteve's remote tune relax's them just a bit but can still keep you outta trouble....peace!

btw - what have you done regarding the rear suspension? these cars already hop and with more HP ya gets more hop...trailing arms and sub-frame bushings minimum!

9” rear but everything else is stock I’m not beefing it way up because I’m putting a 4 link in the back. I don’t want to spend the money twice. I have no wheel hop issues.
Here is a link to how it leaves.

My shift point are around 7000. Granted I don't beat on the car all the time and I only have 38K on it.

That pass was 11.76 that was before the car had a cam. It still leaves like that but runs 11.3’s - 11.4’s it has cam headers 9” CAI tune and some weight taken out of it.

I bet a solid 10 sec car if you can keep from turning the tire so bad on the hit!
