Pacesetter LT

Will my headers finally arrived, two weeks late mind you. Ordered them from SFXperformance.com and I would not recommend them. And before you flame me on choosing Pacesetter I choose them before I did more research, impluse buy, and they were in my price range. So here are some pics and I will hopefully get them put on tommorrow. I will post a vid after I do

No i dont recommend SFCperformance.com I haven't put the headers on yet, but it seems to be a common theme on here that pacesetters are not as good as ARH, Borla, SLP, or Doug Thorley

SFX sold me my carbon splitter said it hooks up really easily.. MUAHHAHAHAHA was i fooled. I had to engineer a mounting system just to get it to work without buying a TREX grille upper and lower to make it work.

It's because they're half the price of ARH, Stainless Works, etc. I suppose it's kind of like bashing Wranglers for being half the price of Diesel or True Religion jeans.

I have tested Pacesetters on the dyno on many GTO's
THEY WORK VERY WELL AND DONT LET ANYONE TELL U DIFFERENT

Are the KOOKS/ARH Better?
FOR SURE they are but if your on a budget the PC is the only other header I would run

The only thing pacesetters are best at are being cheap. They are not gonna make the same power as the stainless headers because they don't have merge collectors, merge spikes or whatever. The primaries are also not blended into the flange. They are not gonna seal as well because they dont have ball and socket connections, they have slip fits. They won't last as long are look as nice because they are mild steel. But they are the cheapest..so if price is an over riding factor, you have a choice. Not everyone buys Nikes.

Maryland isnt wrong here guys, Pacesetters are not as good as a KOOKS or ARH.

We have made good power on OUR IN-HOUSE 2400HP DYNOCOM DYNO with Pacesetters many times though and for the guy who doesnt wanna spend 1K on headers the PC is a good option..

If your looking for that extra 5 to 10 HP then you will need to go KOOKS OR ARH
