Breaking in my SS L99, at the track...
With almost 500 miles on the clock, went to NED last night, ran a best of 13.0 @ 108 with a 2.0 60ft. Disabled traction control and stability control and still the car acted like it was being held back, with no wheelspin. I expected a better 60 ft, and have heard of others doing alot better. Conditions were: somewhat cold and high humidity, started to rain, so track closed so I'll have to wait until next year now to work on this. By then I'm sure everyone will know alot more about this car which will be great, I wont have to waste my time.

Very good run. I wish you'd send some of that cold air down my way. Its going to be 92 degrees today in my area (way too hot for Oct 31).
Post your timeslip in the 1/4 mile thread so you can be added to the list. |

I'll post my slip if anyone wants to see it, but will leave my car off the list though as I don't think a "tuned" only car belongs on the bolt-on list. |

I didn't know you're car was modded. Pave1 dropped from 12.86 to 12.70 with a tune, and he did it with a slower 60time. So yes, a tune shouldn't be considered stock. L99's can make 30+ ft lbs of torque with a tune. But I do understand your feelings. But a "tuned" car definately doesn't belong on the same list as "bone stock." That wouldn't be fair to the guys that aren't tuned. |

Finally got a chance to scan some time slips of these runs... Don't laugh too hard about my reaction times, have been away in Iraq for a year, and was used to launching my 5sp Procharged Mustang, having trouble with this auto, lol. Don't add me to the list, just posting for reference:
