The auto's are doin slightly less... I think I've seen 460's to 480's on HP...

Autos will always "show" less RWHP on the dyno becuase of greater drive train loss. Also remember not all dyno's are the same, about a 10-15% difference going from a Mustang Dyno to a Dynojet, even bigger difference if they are using an ego killer like a Dynodynamics.
Its ok though autos will always be quicker at the track! |

There are usually some distinct differences between the auto and the manuals and this is mostly due to the 4th gear final ratio. On a manual, it is 1:1 which is perfect for a dyno. The A6, however, is 1:1.15 which reduces the RWHP result, somewhat. Normally, it is not a huge penalty but it is about 5%. Manuals normally dyno higher for this very reason.
