When does Canada Get to Sold Orders?

Hey guys, sjust wondering if and when Canada will be aloud to do sold orders, anyone from Canada have a dealer that will give you a sold order?

Just got back from my dealer, they claim Oct 16th as the day you can put the order in.... we'll see ! I left my deposit, I'm second on their list.
