wow I didn't know the E-brake was electronic. This car has WAY too many gadgets...not that I'm complaining, but it may be a good reason to wait a year or two before buying it just so all the "tech gremlins" can be tamed.

not to mention I will wait for the Z06 before making a decision

I do think the electronic parking brake is a bit too much especially on a manual car, I'd be worried it wasn't engaged when parked honestly. Unless it has a park gear that I believe some manual transmissions have now.

I read this and it actually makes since to me. This is


Power flows through a seven-speed manual transmission that uses an Active Rev Matching technology similar to that of the Nissan 370Z's. As the driver moves the shift lever into a gear, the 'Vette's computer blips the throttle to match the wheel speed for a smooth ratio change when the clutch pedal is released.
