I went to the dealer today inquiring about the same thing. The part number for the factory Hurst Shift knob is 24257863. I will use this knob myself when I get the Hurst kit for the car.

I'm definitely interested in one of these. Do you just remove the existing "ball" and slip the Hurst one on?

Thanks

I'm interested. Can I get the whole shifter? And does it come with IO stitching?

if its anything like the standard shift knob it's not quite that easy. you'll need to remove the silver trim that holds the gauges and shift boot with a trim tool then pull the stock knob, cut off a zip tie underneath that ties the leather boot to the knob. After that you just reverse the process with the new Hurst knob. I think there might be a DIY on the site here. This is the process I used when installing my Barton shifter over a year ago.
