Just want mine adjusted to be able to use the tonneau as before and the frame meet the windshield post correctly.

Yeah I have had several starting with my 65 Corvette
In total including this one I have had 5 convertibles.
I have been dealing with dealer service departments since 1971... They don't know they won't get me to accept something I know isn't right.

My service manager just picked up my car today with my laundry list of items. I told him very politely but very firmly and clearly: "do NOT call me to tell me my car is ready unless all of these problems are gone, you have thoroughly soak tested it, cycled the open/close at least 10 times, road tested it and all windows/latches, and soak tested it again. I will not accept 70% or 80% of the car I bought new just a few months ago."

I am totally with you on this Angrybird, and look forward to your next experiences. At least you were able to contact someone in GM. I have posted on the Canada forum searching for a GM tech to assist to no avail. I've also sent a request in to GM Canada's online submission - nothing. I guess the honeymoon is over?

AngryBird: I'm just cringing as I read this. Stay on top of it and try to remain calm. Hopefully it'll get get repaired correctly.

Unsecured but in position to latch it. It shouldn't be that way it should be like the drivers side.
Even when you latch it it's lower than the drivers side and it deforms the weather strip.
Here is each side from the inside when latched

Flat wrong, dude. That would be unacceptable. And the frame rail where it's sticking up is way too far with the top down and way too low with the top up. Something's not right for sure. Keep fighting.

Sorry to see this. As "Tramtwo" stated, stay calm and professional, document everything.

However in this case, the work speaks for itself. But you are a veteran of this a vert top on a 65 Vette, that is very cool.

A 2013 with top issues is something none of us wanted to see. However, it happens, materials, processes and people don't always mix the same.

Have you tried contacting GM/Chevy Customer Service? I do know that the rules and warranty is different in Canada than the States, but there has to be a venue for you to get help.
