Did you try the dealer? i don't know of any one that will sell only rears, only the dealer will do that.

Another one down. 64 vins on my list now, with another 11 unconfirmed vins. So between 64 and 75 cars down.

This one is not technically totaled. It still has a clean title and is repairable. I was one of the bidders on this car, but it unfortunately went to the Carolinas so Hawks probably got it.... which means they will chop it up. That just sucks...

So I did confirm that Hawk's got that one. They also parted out 700256, 700579, 700057, and 701181. They have a fifth Z there, but I was unable to get the VIN

Grey one? Those are all accounted for. My list is 64 known cars, and 11 cars I do not know the vins to. So, could be 64..or could be 75. Unknowns were pictures I have, with no identifying vins. (Facebook market place guy that wouldnt respond to me, ebay part out that wouldnt respond to me, blackdog speedshop chopped up a Silver Z to create their "Convertible" Z/28, and 8 other cars from stories or pictures but are too old to get the vins..ex: the car that had its roof peeled off, in Florida in 2014. So, 64-75 cars, with incidents..that we know of.
+ another at least 32 that have gone overseas.

The ones I see on Hawks Motorsports. Do they part those out or sell them as full cars to get R-Titled? I was thinking about calling them to ask about a rear diffuser since most of them are front end damage but didn't want to looks stupid.

They do both. Mostly part out, but they did try to sell a salvage one that had a pretty bad lick as a “light fender bender” , and overpriced it to boot.

Was that the one AGM like a year or two back?

If you had to guess what would you expect they would charge for a Z diffuser. I have bought a few things from them back when I had my 96 SS always closed my eyes every time I hit pay on ebay.

Reading the MOD list in the dealer sob story it was already ruined before it was totaled. Hate to see it end up this way.
