1LE High Wing

Morning,

I am looking to order a 20 "regular.....hate that word" ZL1. I was going through the GM Configurator and noticed that the 1LE Wing is an option, without the 1LE package. I know sometimes these configurators are not set up correctly. Does anyone know if this is correct. I would figure if it was available you would have seen some dealer order it on the car.

The MY19 Configurator is still up, so I ran both of them and sure enough, the MY 19, when you click on it, up pops the 1LE Performance requirement, but on the MY20, it doesn't. Even has the pic of the regular ZL1 with the 1LE high wing.

I know there are a couple of chevy dealer forum members. Can anyone confirm this?

I was at my dealership last week. They were delivering a 2020 ZL1 (non 1LE) and it had the carbon fibre Wang. So yes... It is available.

You can order the 1le wing all the way down the Camaro line I believe now. Local dealer to me had a 2ss with the wing on it. Looked silly.

I have a blck Zl1 oem used and a cf oem 2020 Zl1 1le wing flawless sitting around.

Why I am considering the new purchase is not for the wing, but rather for the automatic. Should have stated that in the original post.

FYI... Tremendous fit/finish/quality from Anderson composite's wing, direct replacement for OEM ZL1 1LE wing, identical dimensions. Bolts right up to ZL1

That may be true, I haven't discussed production on that particular item with them. But I have spoken with them on the phone, just yesterday actually, great people to work with.

I received mine from Anderson mid July(ordered mid April) but didn't get around to installing till the other day. Wing was flawless and the bolts aligned perfectly.
They have their shit together.

Does the wing go exactly in place of the OEM spoiler without the need to drill any additional holes? I.e can you swap back if the need arises? Thx

What does an OEM go for if it didn't come with the car? And what is the stock height of these?

4200 maybe 3800 depending on the online gmoutlets. I picked a new 1 up for 2600 Aug of 17 still on Dinoco now. Depending on where u measure 6 to 9 inches sides being the highest part.. btw I no longer have 1 to letgo.

Ok, thanks... I seen variations of Z1LE as in height, I just wanted to make sure I get the original height if I can.
