I have a passenger side exhaust manifold 2011 2SS. Both Cat converters, have about 12k miles on them, they are cut a few inches after the cat.
I also have a heritage grille, it is not the GM one it is aftermarket. It is plastic, black and new. But it has one crack. It is not noticeable unless you manipulate the plastic and can be repaired plastic weld or even glued I am sure, there is no pressure in the area of the crack.
