Are those FD aftermarket heads or stock heads with FD's port program?

Stock heads untouched. I really want a converter though. Definitely still on my list.

Those are the heads I was looking at as well for my build, but since COVID, and having to retire early from the aircraft industry after 25 years, they are but a thing of the past. BUT, I made 475 with stock heads!! lol. So I'm happy with her performance. But they are really very nice heads!!

Thats ported head whp on our l99 cammed cars. 425 tk 430 whp on stock heads is average. How did you get 45whp more then most?

It's because he has the TSP Stage 3 cam and LOD intake. I've also heard that aftermarket heads won't gain you much until your around 550-600 hp because the factory ls3 head is designed so well.

BINGO SIR!! You know me too well. lol. When I installed the LOD and had it retuned and was able to pull it out to 7500 I gained about 40whp with it over the 435 I had with the stock manifold. And now I have a NW 103mm TB I need to install, but I have to port the manifold snout first, then a retune.

Are you running a underdrive pulley too?

I get lots of comments and looks and the power and chop has been great. But now it's time to bump it up a little bit. Here's what I got:

- LSA supercharger conversion kit from West Michigan Tech
- ZL1 reinforced brick (Dedicated Motorsports)
- 2.50 ADM Grip Tech pulley
- Gates green belt K060960HD
- ZL1 fuel pump
- ADM FPCM
- DW 65lb (700cc) injectors
- NGK TR7lX spark plugs

Should I add anything else or is this a pretty good start? My goal is 575whp think I'll make it?
It'll make 575whp no problem. If that's really your goal, you may need less pulley to keep it there. I see the injectors as a significant limiting factor, they aren't going to support much more than 600whp. Again, if you dial the boost back to keep it there, they should be ok. But, if you decide you want to push for more like 650+whp, you're going to be out of injector.

Just some food for thought.

I made 574 with just the whipple before I did the cam LS3 car. If you already have a cam you should have no issue with 575whp on 93. Injectors might start to limit you over 600whp not sure. If you plan to run E85 you'd need more fuel system.
You might hate having 3.91's though if you like traction!

Thanks for the input guys. I don't want more than 600 right now. I'd like to build up the suspension, upgrade the axels, and look into some trans mods to keep the auto happy. Then if or better yet "when" I feel the urge for more power I'll do some fueling upgrades. I'll report back once I get it on the dyno.
I already had a delay in the progress of the LSA conversion. Seems like GM is still using those crappy spring isolators, so I ordered a solid one from Lingenfelter. Hope everything esle goes smooth, we'll see!
