Lightbulb new black rims on a budget that fit the stock 20in tires?

looking to get shiny black rims that fit the 20in stock tires.
can anyone please rec rims and where to buy them?
trying to pay around 1k the less the better

do i have to buy new sensors or can i use the old ones?
