Unfortunately, it looks like the raters may not be much brighter than the dealers. One reviewer was turned off by "salespeople seen smoking cigarettes in front of the store." WTF does that have to do with the car buying experience?
Hey, my salesperson took timeout to go take a crap too, but it didn't affect my purchase. I just stayed out of the crapper 'til the air cleared. Duh!

Dude... first off for people who don't smoke that is a big turn off because it is a nasty, disgusting habit.

2nd.. around here you aren't allowed to smoke in front of a business that you are employed at.. you have to do it out back. Part of a way to show professionalism.

It effects the car buying experience more then you'd think....

100% on that! Mom was paying cash for an 08 Town & Country. Her salesman lit up while she was talking to him outside. She walked. Another dealer got the deal.

I don't smoke. If I have to sit across a table from someone who reeks of disgustingness, then I'll go sit with someone else. That's especially true of salespeople. I'm not going back to my place smelling like I took a stroll in the tobacco fields of Virginia.
