To decepticon or not to decepticon?

I'm currently doing a white/black theme on my 12 RS...so far:

Tinted windows
Gloss Black PC wheels
Gloss Black rear blackout kit
Gloss Black RS badge inlays
White CAMARO lettering for rear blackout
Big Worm sidemarker and tailight tint
Front/rear bowtie delete

Upcoming:
Gloss Black Bezels
Gloss Black Camaro fender lettering

So, my question is this...Should I purchase 3 decepticon emblems, one for each fender and then one for the trunk opposite the RS badge? If so, what size?

i think you should go for it. It sounds like it'd look pretty awesome. But just my opinion, don't addd another emblem to the trunk...

I say if you're a big TF fan, like I am, then go for it. You will take some occasional heat in here, of course, but in the end do what makes you happy. I went Autobot as you can see, and wouldn't mind having a local rival that I could run into at meets.

As for the size of the emblems I think these would work well and have seen a number of other members use them as well:

You can find these in several colors, but I chose the black to keep with your white/black theme.

If you want an emblem on the back, I would suggest either an overlay or paint on your bowtie, so at least it's centered.

I think people are voting for you to not do it because they're tired of the tacky TF associations. Atleast that's why I would vote not to. I understand if the car is a TF edition, but otherwise to me it's just... meh. I don't think they're saying no in the sense of badging the car as if it were something that it's not. That said, SS bumper and all the goodies is fine as long as you don't put an SS emblem/badge on it IMHO.

I've been a huge fan of transformers since elementary school. I watched the tv shows on CN everyday and eagerly awaited the release of the first movie. Since then I knew that my first car would be a Camaro and badged like a transformer. So I got the decepticon emblems and changed out the Camaro script for one that read Camaro in cybertronian. Yea it's a bit overplayed but it was my choice and I don't regret it.

I have pics in my build of the 3" emblems btw.

I get kids staring and pointing out the wazoo. Mine is a transformers edition though....but if it wasn't, I wouldn't add the emblems. Vote for no here.

I went a lil more subtle by using 2 metallic carbon fiber Decepticon decals below the Camaro names on either side (ebay $6) and a chrome Decepticon license plate cover from Amazon ($15). Keeping it discrete and not in everybody's face will score points from either crowd.

This morning a kid stared my car down for a good 2 miles lol; it's fun getting them excited and knowing there will be another gen of Transformer/Camaro fans.

As someone mentioned already...at the end of the day it's your car so do what you want. My 2 cents is that the transformer thing is a little "childish". As a 35 yr old I couldn't see myself adding transformer emblems to my car. And I was a huge transformers fan like a lot of people were "when I was a kid".
