White is the best color!
What are you willing to pay for a new one? There is a bunch of low mile used ones going for mid 50's

That Z28 has been sitting in the showroom for a long time (August, looking to purchase a rally sport Silverado for winter). When I was there 3 little kids were climbing around the inside like it was a playground. Broke my heart.
FYI: today I drove by a '13 ZL1 at McLaren Spider dealer in Norwell. Looked real sharp! I bet somebody could get a decent deal on that considering all the cars they sell go for $300,000+.

I also was looking at buying this z28 back when the 20% was going on. The best they would do was $58K. Good Luck.

Yup that's why I took my buisiness elsewhere. They had a White w/ black stripes Silverado 4x4 rally sport 1 I looked at (chrome rims, no step side or black rims). Discount was few hundred off msrp because "it will sell with or without you". Ended up with a Silverado rally sport 2 (all trim options + leather, blk step side, blk rims and spray bed liner) for less money than they offered for the R1.
Regarding the Z in the showroom, I told them 'you shouldn't let those kids play in that Z28', they said whatever it will be clean for delivery.

Might be your lucky day if you're looking for a new Z/28 in the mid 50's:

Good luck. It's only worth that kind of money to them. Their GM floor plan will eat away that real fast......

good luck to them. bought mine in November for $55k. Boston area. Car had been on the showroom floor for nine months. Car had 10 miles on odometer. I was first to test drive it. Now it's last year's model. Don't know what Herb Chambers people are thinking. They're in fantasy land.
