NEW GUY! kinda (with pics)...

hello all

I went for my test drive today. I am thinking about getting into a Inferno Orange SS 2 RS.

I currently drive a Subaru STi with 465 hp that I used for autocross and SCCA and NASA events. i love the car but it just getting to much for the street and daily use. I crossed over to the dark side and ended up gutting the interior converting about 85% of the ext to carbon fiber, cut the a/c and slapped on a big turbo. when you got a lil motor weight is not your friend haha.

Now don't get it twisted my real pride and joy is my 68 Camaro with a big block 427 and c5 corvette gunmetal metallic paint. I have grown up on chevy's my dad has had his 66 vette his whole life, now with a aluminum 454 still in the works...

So anything is should know? haha

thanks guys!

here some pics of the camaro, vette and STi (hate if you like)

ohh and the one with the camaro is when i was 16 haha

if you plan on trading your subaru in for your camaro then expect it to be slower than what your used to, seems like you have a really nice set up in that subaru. also expect to be a hell of a lot more comfortable with the camaro.

ohh I know but that is what i am looking for, just a good looking street car with some balls. But the good thing is my dealer loves SLP and offers allot of packages with out voiding the the warrantee so that makes me happy. the AWD to RWD is going to be something I need to get use to.

thanks!

Thank you for all the kind comments! I would love to keep both the STi and get a ne maro but its going to be really tight. If i was still tracking the sti like i use to there would be no reason for me to sell it. However i havnt had the time to make it to the track due to my job...

I am getting really board of the sti kinda. I know every inch of the car, and really after 8 years or so in the subaru world there not much that gets me going anymore. they have gotten ugly every year, there out of wrc... i mean i just dont know anymore. if i sell it, it would be easy to take on a new camaro.

pluse i just want somthing new, that is comfy, can break the tires lose and down the road boost the shit out of it.
