Phantom Style Billet Aluminum Grille Grill Question?
i just bought this phantom grill in the link below but my question is should i remove the stock grill first or place it over the stock grill

Sounds like it goes on over the grill. In the product description on the link you posted it says it goes on over the grill mounted with nuts and bolts.

It mounts to the grill and it is a pain in the a$$ unless you use a little trick:
Once you locate where the brackets go, tape them in place with painters tape. If not the brackets will move (or fall) when you try to line the screws up!!!!
