Car Show is a go I talked to the organizer the registration is free the flyer gives a good account of whats going on they will have music and food aswell as other activites for the kids. This is for the veterans donations are always accepted and welcome during the show or after in any amount. Tell your friends please contact me for a registration form the organizer realized the two sites it was on Edmunds and Y2Camaro.com only had the flyer so i'm trying to help her out as much as i can.

Any infraction of the rules and regulations could result in vehicle removal:

1) All work on vehicle displays must be completed 15 minutes before the show opens to the
public. You will be allowed to clean, dust and work on your vehicle two hours before the show
opens.
2) Standard vehicle displays are two parking spaces. One vehicle per display. If your display
warrants a larger area, you must get permission from Manchester VA Medical Center
Outreach Program Coordinator and have included the request on your entry form with
pictures of the display.
3) Displays must abide by all fire marshal rules and regulations. All boxes & supplies must be
removed from display.
4) No obscene wording, drawings, photos will be allowed on a vehicle, sign or display area.
5) No idling allowed during the car show. However, a time for engine demonstrations will be
announced at the show.
6) Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on VA Medical Center, Manchester NH property.
7) No electrical available.
8) Vehicles not registered by September 1, 2016 will be reserved on a first come, first served
basis.
9) Service animals allowed.
10) No “For Sale” signs allowed on or around vehicles.
11) All parts of show vehicles must stay in display area, i.e., rims and tires, hood, removable top,
etc. Displays may not be torn down until trophy presentation is over and announced that the
show is over.
12) During set up and tear down, reckless or careless driving and unnecessary noise will not be
allowed.
13) Vehicles must be operable. All vehicles must run, drive forward and reverse, turn left and
right, under their own power. Vehicles must be able to stop using their own braking system.
Manchester VA Medical Center, Rev It Up For Heroes planning team reserves the right to
decide if a specific class does not have to start based on public safety requirements.
14) Manchester VA Medical Center, Rev It Up For Heroes and event planning team may not be
held responsible for theft of or any damage to, vehicles or display, or any articles on the
display.
15) No firearms or weapons allowed on this property.
16) Awards are final.

Liability: In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate, entrants, participants and
spectators by execution of this entry form release and discharge Manchester VA Medical Center, Rev
It Up For Heroes, and anyone connected with the management or presentation of this event of any
and all known and unknown damages, injuries, losses and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that
may be suffered by and entrant to his/her person or property.

This Saturday there are 30 spots left for pre-registration. Remember registration is free this show is for the veterans and they will be honoring Vietnam Veterans this year.

We got a huge thanks from the VA Hospital for this show and a lot of awesome feedback from the veteran's was a real life treasure to be able to talk to some of them.
