Well since the blast wave travels an avg of 1500mph, I'm siding with the bomb. There ain't a car made that can survive that.

Would the electromagnetic pulse render the modern electronics useless? Might need an old school car that doesn't use computers.

Tsar bomb would be a real challenge. You would need like a 150 shot of nitrous for that one.
