The JL Audio C7s 3way is awesome, each speaker is set at a range it can easily handle so the full range is clean.

I initially used the factory speaker wire in the doors to run one of the speakers and then I ran two new wires through each of the doors. That part wasn’t easy, I had to take off the doors.

Now I don’t the factory speaker wire at all. The 2 new wires I ran through the door feed the tweet and the 6.5, I ran a new line up the A pillars to the 3.5s. My pillars are being custom made right now.

The rear are 6x8s JL Audio C2. I believe they are 6x8s, even though the standard size is 6x9. They are good, but I am considering changing them out at some point.

I will take pics once my A pillars are done.

I basically started all of this by wanting to add a sub to the stock system. 3 years later the system is completely aftermarket. I tried all kinds of variations to get to my current setup. I will be happy when it is done.

I have:
Morel MT220 Tweeters
Morel CDM880 mids
Morel TiW634nD Midbass
Infinity 860w Subs in trunk baffle
Helix P6 MKII 6ch amp with 8ch DSP
Helix P1 Monoblock subwoofer amp

All my wire is custom. Nothing is being used from oem except the radio.

I have my mids and tweets in pillars and the amps stacked between my subs in trunk baffle. I want to get more depth and trunk or IB is what im doing with bigger drivers soon.

I have pics i can post. It took YEARS but worth it. I need some suspension tweaks. Some clunks to fix.
